COMPETITION RULES OJ International Solutions

Article 1

Participation in a competition implies acceptance of these rules. Except requests concerning the communication of this Regulation, no reply will be given to any request for information about the contest.

Article 2

The competition is open to persons (older than 18 years old) residing in Belgium at the time of the contest. It takes place by web form.

Article 3

It is not possible to participate in a competition published on OJ International Solutions websites, or on any electronic support from OJ International Solutions (newsletters, social networks, mobile sites) only once, unless otherwise stated in the contest rules. In case of multiple entries, only the first chronologically recorded entry will be taken into account when selecting the winners. When the public vote is requested to determine the winners of a competition or an action, and this on any electronic support of the OJ International Solutions (website, newsletter, mobile site social network ...), only one vote per person will be taken into consideration. If it turns out that fraudulent practices, in whatever form, have been employed or if any wrongful acts were carried out in order to influence the outcome of the votes, OJ International Solutions reserves the right to cancel these results.

Article 4

The competition is organized by OJ International Solutions. The staff of OJ International Solutions and their advertising agencies, communication agencies or subcontractors to this action, may not take part in the competition. This also applies to their family living under the same roof and the cohabitants.

Article 5

To play, the quiz must be answered and validated. Each participant can play as many times as he wants.

Article 6

To win, you have to answer the question correctly. In all cases, if there were still a tie, they would be decided by lot.

Article 7

Only entries registered within the time limits will be taken into account.

Article 8

In the event of a technical incident affecting the smooth running of the competition and in particular in case of suspicion that there is a club of players that is trying to influence the results of the competition, OJ International Solutions may take the necessary measures to to neutralize the negative effects.

Article 9

The description of the prize is made on the web or is the subject of a regulation specific.

Article 10

Winners are notified by email. They agree to see their name and, where appropriate, their image broadcast on web and undertake to lend themselves to any promotional operations, including interviews, in favour of OJ International Solutions with a view to communication on OJ International Solutions media or on third-party media.

Article 11

Except if OJ International Solutions itself sends the prizes to the winners (within 30 days after the end of the contest), the prizes must be withdrawn by the winners within 40 days of the date gain warning. After this period, the prices not withdrawn will remain the property of OJ International Solutions.

Article 12

OJ International Solutions is not responsible for postal losses. Registered shipments not withdrawn will not be returned or refunded. OJ International Solutions can not be held responsible for the consequences generated by breakdowns or technical or management problems reporting to telephone operators or data processing services.

Article 13

Only one prize per winner and per competition is awarded.

Article 14

Prices are not convertible into cash or other prizes. OJ International Solutions is cleared any liability in case of force majeure preventing the proper performance of the price. The suspension of the activity of the company offering the price is considered as a case of force major, regardless of whether it is before, during or after the implementation of the gain.

Article 15

The competition is under the control of a jury composed of two persons designated by the Director of OJ International Solutions. His decisions are without appeal. He will settle the cases which are not provided for in this Regulation. All complaint must be sent by letter to OJ International Solutions legal department, Rue de Vrière 59, 1020 Brussels.

Private life.

The information collected by the master of the file about the people who participate in this competition, and in particular names, first names, addresses and telephone numbers they give, can be encoded in automated data files of OJ International Solutions. This data may be used and processed by OJ International Solutions for the purpose of managing its relations with its web visitors and for the purpose of regularity checking of participation in this competition and to combat possible abuses and irregularities. The people participating in this competition have the right to consult free personal data about them and have them rectified free of charge if they prove to be incorrect, incomplete or not relevant. Those wishing to exercise this right may do so by addressing legal department of OJ International Solutions, Rue de Vrière 59, 1020 Brussels, a written request, dated and signed, accompanied by a copy of both sides of their identity card and the competition for which they ask to consult the automated file of constituted data. The people who wish can also obtain additional information about the files kept over there OJ International Solutions to the Commission for the Protection of Privacy.
